You can not expect a shorter answer for this Question.

First of all lets look at the history.

Ibrahim [Abraham] (A.S) had two sons, Ishmael [Ismaeel] (A.S) and Isaac [Ishaaq] (A.S)

Bani-Israel [Children of Israel] are the descendants of Isaac (A.S). And Jews belongs to Children of Israel.

The Arabs are the descendants of Ishmael (A.S)

I will not talk about who was the favored son of Abraham (A.S) of the two because Jews and Muslims have different opinions about this and I don't want to be biased.

Allah (S.W.T) sent many Prophets to Children of Israel i.e Moses, Aaron, David, Solomon, Zechariah, John the Baptist, Jesus [May Allah Peace be Upon Them All]

Allah The Almighty reminded them in the Quran of this fact. Allaah The Almighty Says (what means):

{O children of Israel, remember My favor that I have bestowed upon you and that I preferred you over the worlds.} [Holy Quran 2:47]

Favors mean The Prophets. The wisdom behind sending most of the prophets to the children of Israel is their intense mischief, disobedience and rebellion. Hence, they always were in need for reformation. And Allah knows best.

Note: Do not take the meaning of "Preferred over the worlds" as preferring of Isaac (A.S) over Ishamel (A.S). As Allah (S.W.T) says in The Holy Quran

"Lo! Allah preferred Adam and Noah and the Family of Abraham and the Family of 'Imran above (all His) creatures" [Holy Quran 3:33]

So the whole family of Abraham (A.S) is preferred, however on the above verse regarding Children of Israel, Allah (S.W.T) only re-calling children of Israel to remember Allah's Favors so only they are mentioned.

Following are provided some of the continuous disobedience from Jews,

  1. After Pharaoh and his soldiers were drowned in the sea, Musa set off with his tribe to a safer place. In the course of their journey, however, there occurred further evidence of the Israelites' poor faith and their inclination to transgression.

"We conveyed the tribe of Israel across the sea and they came upon some people who were devoting themselves to some idols which they had. They said, "Musa, give us a god just as these people have gods." He said, "You are indeed an ignorant people. What these people are doing is destined for destruction. What they are doing is purposeless." (Holy Qur'an, 7: 138-139)

And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down out of the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him. (Bible, Exodus, Chapter 32)

  1. Jews tried to kill Isa (Jesus) [A.S] as well by conspiring to defame him and crucify him.

"And [for] their saying, "Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the messenger of Allah ." And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them. And indeed, those who differ over it are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption. And they did not kill him, for certain" (Holy Qur'an, Surah An-Nisa, 157-158)

"I and the Father are one." 31The Jews took up stones again to stone Him. 32Jesus answered them, "I showed you many good works from the Father; for which of them are you stoning Me?" 33The Jews answered Him, "For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy; and because You, being a man, make Yourself out to be God," (John 10:30-33)

Due to their continuous disobedience and making plots to kill Allah's Prophet, Allah (S.W.T) had taken back the Prophet Hood from Children of Israel. And sent his last Messenger Muhammad (S.A.W) to the bloodline of Ishmael (A.S). And Jews continued their disobedience and Naouzubillah tried to Kill Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) as well because they knew Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) is the Messenger of Allah (S.W.T) and they couldn't swallow that the Prophet Hood had been taken away from them.

This is the reason of hatred of Jews for Muslims. You can see what they are doing in GAZA and for that the Holy Quran says,

"O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends: They are but friends to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust" (Holy Quran, 5:51)
