Salam Alaykum.

There is no altering Allah’s creation. (surat Ar-Rum: 30)

And do not cast yourselves into destruction by your own hands. (surat Al-Baqarah: 195)

Our body is a trust from Allah and we are required to protect and preserve it according to the best of our abilities.

It could cause health hazard.. infections and bacteria,.

Belly piercing started for men in the Egyptian pharaohs times, a history of kuffr, and now it has been popular and common in non Islamic cultures, so best to stay away from immitations.

Good luck sister.

Assalam-0-Alikum Sister, Other then nose and ears. Piercing is not allowed and you have to remove it. I don't think piercing will help in your married life.
