Your husband also have to obey the Law of Country. Like in my country if the husband wants to do a second marriage he has to ask permission to his first wife and if the first wife allows then only he can do second marriage. So Yes, he can marry to that girl but he has to obey all the commands of Allah, means total equality between both the wives. Thanks. |
