my marriage has been done through telephone as i am living another country frm my husband's country. I was asked three times if i was willing to get married, and said yes... Though there was a walii who is nt of my father's blood, representing my father's participation. (that walii also asked my father if he's willing to get me married, and my father agreed).
Does this marriage valid? |

Yes, telephonic nikah is valid. However, with the wali you should had 4 evidences who would sign. |
