Bismillah hir rahman nir raheem

I think you have not understand Islam correctly. In Islam women and men are equal overall however in some matters men have upper hand and in some matters women have upper hand and that is why One is Male and Other is Female, they have different responsibilities. Even Allah's Messengers weren't equal in rank, Holy Qur'an says,

Those Messengers! We preferred some to others; to some of them Allah spoke (directly); others He raised to degrees (of honour). [Holy Qur'an 2:253]

In relation to the elder brother, the younger brother is inferior. In relation to a mother, her son, is inferior. In relation to a elder sister, the younger brother is inferior. In raltion to the Ustaadh, his students are inferior. In relation to a Shaikh, his mureeds are inferior whether male or female.

In every level of society there are ranks and gradations. The concept of blanket equality is a stupid idea of Kuffaar. The husband has been made the chief of the family by Allah Ta’ala. It is his responsibility to maintain and train his wife and children. He has the highest rank in his home. He is superior to his wife and children even if his sons are the greatest saints and he an ignorant farmer.

In Islam husband has a rank above his wife due to his responsibilities. Man is stronger than woman and it is his duty to protect his wife and family. So according to you who should be superior? The one who is the protector or the one who needs protection?.

Now here is the Hadith (S.A.W) regarding the superiority of the Mother over the Father.

Saheeh Muslim, Book 032, Number 6180:

Abu Huraira reported that a person came to Allah, 's Messenger (may peace be upon him) and said: Who among the people is most deserving of a fine treatment from my hand? He said: Your mother. He again said: Then who (is the next one)? He said: Again it is your mother (who deserves the best treatment from you). He said: Then who (is the next one)? He (the Holy Prophet) said: Again, it is your mother. He (again) said: Then who? Thereupon he said: Then it is your father. In the hadith transmitted on the authority of Qutalba, there is no mention of the word" the people".

So, in some matters men have the upper hand and in some matters women have the upper hand. But they are equal over all.

Ask yourself would you feel it correct if husband is doing a job to support his family and by no reason his wife say to him, "hey you know I am equal, I will do job as well however our family don't need that much money". But what about the children? Who will take care of children? Allah (S.W.T) has associated different responsibilities to man and woman to maintain balance.

Hope now your doubts are cleared. :-)

Assalaam alaykum . I don't think so. I think it only means you want to understand our purpose more clearly. Call on Allah to help you see things in a better light. After all, Allah subhana WA taala knows what we go through being women. And when we don't over step bounds and have good manners and hold to patience no matter what's being thrown at us ... That's strength in Iman if you ask me. We have a lot of obligations and responsibilities a lot of loved ones who depend on us. In all we have Allah subhana WA taala created us and knows what we will bare in this life , and also knows we can handle it. Men and women are like the sun and the moon we compliment each other and need each other . Insha Allah that helps you :)

IN THE NAME OF GOD! SALAM QURAN:AL-Imran:And her Lord accepted her with full acceptance and vouchsafed to her a goodly growth; and made Zachariah her guardian. Whenever Zachariah went into the sanctuary where she was, he found that she had food. He said: O Mary! Whence cometh unto thee this (food)? She answered: It is from Allah. Allah giveth without stint to whom He will. ( 37 ) QURAN:AL-Imran: And when the angels said: O Mary! Lo! Allah hath chosen thee and made thee pure, and hath preferred thee above (all) the women of creation. ( 42 ) O Mary! Be obedient to thy Lord, prostrate thyself and bow with those who bow (in worship). ( 43 )

Firstly,In Islam, neither women is treated inferior in comparance with men in Universe nor in the life of Hereafter...also,these are the ill thoughts by Shaytaan or Iblees..try to be away from ill suspicions and ill thoughts,as it is a greater falsehood.
