Can an unmarried person in any way be said to have shielded himself and that he is deemed to have masturbated himself against a woman's Fajr if he had condoms on in his encounter with that woman for the simple reason that there is no real physical contact between them or Is he deserving Zina Punishment in full? |

This is BOGUS. If you are even considering this, looking for a "technicality" like this, you are in huge trouble, in fact the sinning of having sex, is nothing compared to your attitude and thinking here. This is the real problem. It says in the Qur'an that people will take the allegorical things and run with it and create all different types of concepts to support their positions. Let me ask you a question now. If I was to use a condom to have sex with my wife and I always wore one, wouldn't that both make us virgins according to your logic? This is extremely dangerous thinking, if you are going to not follow the law of Allah(swt) do so and know that is WRONG, it is much better to own up to your mistakes than look for loop-holes, I can only imagine the lawyers that have to deal with Allah(swt) for their actions. |
