Asallamu Aalaykum waruhmato lahi wa barakato I am a 13 year old muslim boy (14 on march) and i have been masturbating. I found out it was haram so i repented and swore to allah that i would never do it again. but i did it again. this happend about more then 7 times. And today i remembered that if i swore and broke it then i have to Fast for 3 days. But i forgot about that at the time when i masturbated before. So do i have to just fast 3 days or for everytime i broke the swore? cause i dont remember exacly how many times i have done it. May allah forgive my sins |

It is always best to play it safe, fasting will only help increase your iman, and it can help you get closer to Allah. As for the problem of masturbation, simply staying away from it is not enough, always be busy in something good that keeps your mind off any evil thoughts. I hope this helps, and may Allah grant you strength. |

Always engage yourself in remembering Allah subhana wat'ala.doing that any evil taught will not come to your mind even if it comes and your are REMEMBERING ALLAH SUBHANA WAT'ALA YOU WILL KNOW AND YOU will seek refuge against shaytan. MASTURBATING IS HARAM |
