Can Muslims be straight edge?

What do you mean by straight edge?

straight edge is a lifetime vow to never drink,smoke, or do drugs or do anything harmful to your body(cutting,suicide,etc)

If by straight edge you mean, no drinking, drugs,... then yes, a Muslim SHOULD be straight edged. Allah only prohibits things that pose a harm to us, physically, mentally, or socially.
