what a contradictory statements you are making here..Its is obvious now that you were not asking a question or Islamic knowledge but just spreading your own one And about your mentioned declaration we all know and follow it but my question is that focus on the words "not all shia" means that their are some things obligations which should be fulfilled to make them Muslim...and how you will judge and ask them whether they from wrong ones or right ones if you can then their is no objection I am sincerely writing here not fighting with you and i welcome your comments but be wise ...continued...

I have not read the conversation between you and @Ali Bhai, but i want to tell you that Allah (S.W.T) has already provided guidance and the deen of Allah (S.W.T) has been completed on Holy Prophet (S.A.W) and we all have tried our best to give you the exact answer but its only you who are turning your face. This marriage has no basis if the Shia boy has bad opinions about Sahaba Karam Alehis Salam.

Make a simple test:

There are 5 conditions for a person to be counted as Muslim. These are, 1- recognizing that Allah is one and Muhammed is a prophet and believe in angels, 2- namaz (sa'laat, duaa), 3-zakat, 4-hajj, 5- fasting.

Ask your friend from Shia belief: is he against any of these 5 conditions? That will answer you about whether he is Muslim or not. Forget these Sunni extremists, they just talk political.

@Pargali

Now check again the translation of Muhsin Khan, which you have also quoted,

If you help him (Muhammad SAW) not (it does not matter), for Allah did indeed help him when the disbelievers drove him out, the second of two, when they (Muhammad SAW and Abu Bakr) were in the cave, and he (SAW) said to his companion (Abu Bakr): "Be not sad (or afraid), surely Allah is with us." Then Allah sent down His Sakinah (calmness, tranquillity, peace, etc.) upon him, and strengthened him with forces (angels) which you saw not, and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowermost, while it was the Word of Allah that became the uppermost, and Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

You can clearly see the word "Companion/comrade" in all the translation which you have also quoted, check again if you haven't. The translator has not added the name of Abu Bakr (R.A) without any reason. This verse was revealed regarding the night our Holy Prophet (S.A.W) and Abu Bakr (R.A) spent in the cave. If you have a mind which can think you can clearly see

Sahih International

"Do not grieve; indeed Allah is with us."

Muhsin Khan

"Be not sad (or afraid), surely Allah is with us."

Pickthall

Grieve not. Lo! Allah is with us.

Yusuf Ali

"Have no fear, for Allah is with us"

Shakir

Grieve not, surely Allah is with us.

Dr. Ghali

"Grieve not; surely Allah is with us. "

"Us" means more then one person, and our Holy Prophet (S.A.W) said this to Abu Bakr (R.A) that Allah is with us. If Hazrat Abu Bakr (R.A) was not the true companion of Holy Prophet (S.A.W) so our Holy Prophet (S.A.W) would never have used the word "us" but rather "me" that "Grieve not; surely Allah is with me but he (S.A.W) said "us", thus Holy Qur'an itself declares the companionship of Hazrat Abu Bakr (R.A). If you haven't read the life of our Holy Prophet (S.A.W) then read it now.

Now I show you another example and the importance of using the word "us" from the Holy Qur'an, which you can not deny. It is from the story of Moses (PBUH)

Holy Qur'an describes, when the impatient children of Israel saw the army of Pharoh coming they say,

Sahih International

And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!" [Moses] said, "No! Indeed, with me is my Lord; He will guide me." [Holy Qur'an 26:61-62]

Muhsin Khan

And when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa (Moses) said: "We are sure to be overtaken." [Musa (Moses)] said: "Nay, verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me." [Holy Qur'an 26:61-62]

Pickthall

And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. [Moses] He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me." [Holy Qur'an 26:61-62]

Yusuf Ali

And when the two bodies saw each other, the people of Moses said: "We are sure to be overtaken." (Moses) said: "By no means! my Lord is with me! Soon will He guide me!" [Holy Qur'an 26:61-62]

In short when Children of Israel were in the situation of life and death. Moses (PBUH) said "Indeed, with me is my Lord". But when our Holy Prophet (S.A.W) and Abu Bakr (R.A) were in the cave he (S.A.W) said "Be not sad (or afraid), surely Allah is with us.".

Holy Qur'an has provided the evidence itself, so it would be better if you stop being copy cat for verses of Holy Qur'an and try to learn what Holy Qur'an says.

And as you have said yourself about the purest Household of our Holy Prophet (S.A.W) including the wives and daughters of Holy Prophet (S.A.W), do you really know what the Shi'ahs say about Hazrat Aishah Siddiqah (R.A), have you studied that or not? Do you know what bad wordings they use regarding Hazrat Aishah (R.A)? because if you haven't then research it on internet because I can not even quote it. So tell me who is doing a gravest sin? Who is abusing Ahl al-Bayt ?

Now you said that my point is invalid and because Shia people didnt even exist at the life of Ebu Bekir.

Answer: First your statement is so illogical, because you don't have to involve Shias in it. And I know they were not present at that time and so they can not even deny the companionship of Hazrat Abu Bakr (R.A).

And all the verses which you have quoted are not even connected to this topic, who quoted the verses regarding Household of Prophet (S.A.W) and the Islam is one and I don't have a doubt. I respect Ahl al-Bayt and Islam is one and Islam tells about the companionship of Hazrat Abu Bakar (R.A), Umar (R.A), Uthman (R.A) and Ali (R.A) so one can not deny their companionship.

You have taken the scripture of Quran and changed it according to your liking. There is NOWHERE in Quran that speaks the name of Ebu Bekir.

The real version of the verse you have posted is this (from different translators):

http://quran.com/9/40

Sahih International

If you do not aid the Prophet - Allah has already aided him when those who disbelieved had driven him out [of Makkah] as one of two, when they were in the cave and he said to his companion, "Do not grieve; indeed Allah is with us." And Allah sent down his tranquillity upon him and supported him with angels you did not see and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowest, while the word of Allah - that is the highest. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.

Muhsin Khan

Pickthall

If ye help him not, still Allah helped him when those who disbelieve drove him forth, the second of two; when they two were in the cave, when he said unto his comrade: Grieve not. Lo! Allah is with us. Then Allah caused His peace of reassurance to descend upon him and supported him with hosts ye cannot see, and made the word of those who disbelieved the nethermost, while Allah's Word it was that became the uppermost. Allah is Mighty, Wise.

Yusuf Ali

If ye help not (your leader), (it is no matter): for Allah did indeed help him, when the Unbelievers drove him out: he had no more than one companion; they two were in the cave, and he said to his companion, "Have no fear, for Allah is with us": then Allah sent down His peace upon him, and strengthened him with forces which ye saw not, and humbled to the depths the word of the Unbelievers. But the word of Allah is exalted to the heights: for Allah is Exalted in might, Wise.

Shakir

If you will not aid him, Allah certainly aided him when those who disbelieved expelled him, he being the second of the two, when they were both in the cave, when he said to his companion: Grieve not, surely Allah is with us. So Allah sent down His tranquillity upon him and strengthened him with hosts which you did not see, and made lowest the word of those who disbelieved; and the word of Allah, that is the highest; and Allah is Mighty, Wise.

Dr. Ghali

In case ever you do not vindicate him, (The prophet) yet Allah readily vindicated him, as the ones who disbelieved drove him out the second of two, as the two were in the cavern, as he said to his companion, "Grieve not; surely Allah is with us. "Then Allah sent down His serenity on him and aided him with hosts you did not see; and He made the word of the ones who disbelieved the basest; and the Word of Allah is that (which) is The Uppermost; and Allah is Ever-Mighty, Ever-Wise..

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Do you see Ebu Bekir? I don't. Open the original Arabic of Quran. You won't see Ebu Bekir there as well. The braclets "(...)" in the different meal of Quran are added later as explanations of the person who translates. You have inserted into your interpretation to the verse that has no translation in the original of the Quran. From what did you translate Ebu Bekir?

Anyway.. it doesn't say so in the Quran that the friend of Muhammed is Ebu Bekir but we know it historically. Not from Quran. So again, once you are trying to defend me with hadith whereas I defend with surah. The braclets in the surah are hadith, not from Quran itself.

My own opinion (my opinion is not religion) is that yes, probably it talks about Ebu Bekir there. But look at that scripture. It talks about the exile of the two friends from MEKKA. Not from Shias or something stupid like that. They are attacked by MEKKAN HEATHENS, not "Muslims who say they are Muslim". Shia people didnt even exist at the life of Ebu Bekir. It is totally irrelevant to your point here.

One of the first rules of Islam is to love Ahl al-Bayt.

"And stay quietly in your houses, and make not a dazzling display, like that of the former Times of Ignorance; and establish regular Prayer, and give regular Charity; and obey Allah and His Messenger. And Allah only wishes to remove all abomination from you, ye members of the Family, and to make you pure and spotless. (Surah Al Ahzaab 33:33) "

"It is that of which Allah gives good tidings to His servants who believe and do righteous deeds. Say, [O Muhammad], "I do not ask you for this message any payment [but] only good will through kinship." And whoever commits a good deed - We will increase for him good therein. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Appreciative." 42:23

"Then whoever argues with you about it after [this] knowledge has come to you - say, "Come, let us call our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves, then supplicate earnestly [together] and invoke the curse of Allah upon the liars [among us]."" 3:61

Who are the Ahl al-Bayt? Here:

"In Sunni Islam, Muhammad's household refers to Muhammad himself, his wives and daughters, including Fatimah, his cousin and son-in-law Ali, and their two children, Hasan ibn Ali and Husayn ibn Ali. Other Sunnis include all Muhammad's descendants and sometimes the descendants of his paternal uncles, Abu Talib and al-‘Abbas.[1] In Sunni and Shia thought, every Muslim has the obligation to love the Ahl al-Bayt." Source: Encyclopedia of Islam http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ahl_al-Bayt

So as you can see in Quran it is forbidden to hate the household of Muhammed. Ebu Bekir is not from the house of Muhammed. So when you hate people who love the house of Muhammed, because they idolise a member of Muhammed's household, and claim that they hate Ebu Bekir (even though they dont), you are doing a very big sin. Why is this a very big sin? Because you are seperating people within the religion of Islam and that is one of the gravest sins, as described in these verses:

**Indeed, those who have divided their religion and become sects - you, [O Muhammad], are not [associated] with them in anything. Their affair is only [left] to Allah ; then He will inform them about what they used to do. 6:59

Indeed this, your religion, is one religion, and I am your Lord, so worship Me. And [yet] they divided their affair among themselves, [but] all to Us will return. 21:92-93

And indeed this, your religion, is one religion, and I am your Lord, so fear Me. But the people divided their religion among them into sects - each faction, in what it has, rejoicing. Mu'minun 52-53

[Adhere to it], turning in repentance to Him, and fear Him and establish prayer and do not be of those who associate others with Allah [Or] of those who have divided their religion and become sects, every faction rejoicing in what it has. Rum 31-32

Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam. And those who were given the Scripture did not differ except after knowledge had come to them - out of jealous animosity between themselves. And whoever disbelieves in the verses of Allah , then indeed, Allah is swift in [taking] account. Ali Imran 19**

Shia people are as Muslim as Sunni. Forbidding marriage between these two is declaring yourself as a god. Because only Allah says who is Muslim and who is not, and in Quran it doesn't say that people who love Ahl al-Bayt are non-Muslims, on the contrary, it says that you have to love Ahl al-Bayt.

You cant declare someone heathen because they dont like Ebu Bekir because the name of Ebu Bekir is not mentioned in Quran. We guess that at certain parts Quran means Ebu Bakir, from history, but in none of those parts it declares the people heathen just because they didn't like him.

If you would fight against Ebu Bakir, you would be a bad person. But Shia people did not even exist during the time of Ebu Bakir, let alone fight with him.

Sunni people are not the mainstream in Islam. Islam is not in the iron grip of Sunnis. Sunni and Shia are both sects, as it was forbidden in the Quran. Everytime they seperate themselves from each other, they are commiting sin. Thats why it would be a sin to not marry someone from the other sect simply because you declared him a heathen, according to some fools who think they know who is Muslim and who is now.

Aslamu alaykum. Inshallah please read the whole post and I will answer your question as precisely as I can. To be humble is to accept the truth and to submit to it even if you heard it from a child or someone who is uneducated or ignorant (al-fudayl ibn iyyad) I usually don't comment on posts, but sister I fear for you that you will mak a grave mistake. Allah will ask you on the day of judgment about your children. Don't you think that the man will make your kids Shias. They will have partial beliefs of Shiasm or worse they will be Shias.being around a man who is not adhering to the Quran and the sunnah will have an effect on your heart. Shaytan is very clever. He has been created before the humans. For millions of years he has lived so do not say that you will not be affected by his creed when you are with him everyday for the rest of your life. It will be normal and you will accept it as something minor. Inshallah I will start answering and please read everything and a detailed answered.

We Sunnis wish all people well, and we ask Allaah to guide all those who are misled and to reward all those who obey Him. We hope that Allaah will guide those Raafidis…

The differences between the Ahl al-Sunnah (Sunnis) and the Raafidis are very great and are fundamental. For example, the Raafidis say that the Qur’aan was altered, and they condemn most of the Sahaabah (may Allaah be pleased with them) and think that they went astray; they exaggerate about their imaams and worship them, and give them precedence over the Prophets and angels; they go on pilgrimages to mashhads (shrines) and graves, where they do all kinds of actions of shirk, associating others in worship with Allaah. They also believe in hypocrisy (as a tenet of faith) and call it taqiyah (dissimulation), and they believe in al-badaa’(the notion that Allaah “changes His mind”), al-raj’ah (the Return, i.e., the raising of the dead to life again for some time in the same form as they were before) and absolute infallibility of their imaams, and in prostrating on a handful of clay…

Ruling on a Muslim woman marrying a Shi'i

Praise be to Allaah.

The Standing Committee was asked the following question:

We come from a tribe that lives on the northern borders [of Saudi Arabia], and we mix with tribes from Iraq who are idolatrous Shi’ah; they worship domes and call them al-Hasan al-Husayn and ‘Ali. When one of them stands up he says. “O ‘Ali, O Husayn.” Some peopl from our tribe have intermarried with them and mix with them in all circumstances. We have tried to teach them but they do not listen. I do not have enough knowledge to teach them but I hate what they do, and I do not mix with them. I have heard that we cannot eat meat slaughtered by them, but these people eat their meat and do not care. We are asking you what are our obligations in this case?

Answer:

Praise be to Allaah and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger and his family and companions.

If the situation is as you describe – that they call upon ‘Ali, al-Hasan and al-Husayn, and so on – then they are mushrikeen who are guilty of major shirk, which puts them beyond the pale of Islam. It is not permissible for Muslim women to marry them, and it is not permissible for us to marry their women, or to eat meat slaughtered by them.

Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“And do not marry Al-Mushrikaat (idolatresses) till they believe (worship Allaah Alone). And indeed a slave woman who believes is better than a (free) Mushrikah (idolatress), even though she pleases you. And give not (your daughters) in marriage to Al-Mushrikoon till they believe (in Allaah Alone) and verily, a believing slave is better than a (free) Mushrik (idolater), even though he pleases you. Those (Al-Mushrikoon) invite you to the Fire, but Allaah invites (you) to Paradise and forgiveness by His Leave, and makes His Ayaat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) clear to mankind that they may remember”

[al-Baqarah 2:221]

And Allaah is the Source of strength. May Allaah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.

It is not permissible to give the daughters of Sunni families in marriage to the sons of Shi’is or Communists. If the marriage takes place, it is invalid, because it is well known that the Shi’ah offer supplication (du’aa’) to Ahl al-Bayt (the Prophet’s family) and seek help through them, and this is major shirk; and the communists are atheists and have no religion at all. You have to go back to your family and not allow this man to be intimate with you, and you have to refer the matter to the authorities in your own country.

Shaykh ‘Abd al-‘Azeez ibn Baaz, Shaykh ‘Abd al-‘Azeez Aal al-Shaykh, Shaykh ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Ghadyaan, Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan, Shaykh Bakr Abu Zayd

And Allaah knows best.

From Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah, 2/264

Telling lies about the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is a great evil and a serious sin, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Telling lies about me is not like telling lies about anyone else. Whoever tells lies about me deliberately, let him take his place in Hell.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 1229. It was also narrated by Muslim in the Introduction to his Saheeh, without the phrase “Telling lies about me is not like telling lies about anyone else.”

And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Do not tell lies about me, for whoever tells lies about me will enter Hell.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 106. And he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever narrates a hadeeth from me that he thinks is false is one of the liars.” Narrated by Muslim (1).

A number of scholars are of the view that the one who deliberately tells lies about the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is a kaafir.    If they say why do the Sunni make division. Rather history tells itself, they are the one who deviated . The Shia's are the one who deviated from the path of Allah.

“One day Prophet Muhammad, drew a line in the sand for them and said, “This is God’s path.” He then drew several lines [branching off] to the right and to the left and said, “These are the paths [of misguidance] on each of which is a devil inviting people to follow it.” He then recited the verse: ‘Verily, this is my path, leading straight, so follow it. And do not follow the [other] paths for they will scatter you about from God’s path. That is His command to you in order that you may be conscious of God.’” (Ahmed)

“The Jews were divided among themselves into seventy one or seventy two sects, and the Christians were divided among themselves into seventy one or seventy two sects. And My Ummah will be divided among itself into seventy three sects.” Abu Dawood, at-Tirmidhi, al-Hakim and Ahmad among several others, reported this Hadith. At-Tirmidhi said; “Hadeethun Hassanun Sahih”.

In another variation, Imam Ahmad recorded that Abu AmirAbdullah bin Luhay said; "We performed Hajj with Mu`awiyah bin Abi Sufyan. When we arrived at Makkah, he stood up after praying Dhuhr and said; ‘The Messenger of Allah (SalAllahu alaihi wasallam) said;

This Ummah will divide into seventy-three sects, all in the Fire except one, that is, the Jama’ah. Some of my Ummah will be guided by desire, like one who is infected by rabies; no vein or joint will be saved from these desires.’’”  This hadith was also narrated by Abu Dawood (2/503), Ahmad (4/102) and al-Haakim (1/128) among others, with similar wording but with the following addition;  ((My umma will be divided into seventy three sects. All of them will be in the Fire except one?)), [Saheeh Muslim, no.976]

And i advise you not to think of marrying this man… Whoever gives up something for the sake of Allaah, Allaah will compensate him with something better. We ask Allaah to make you strong and grant you a good life in this world and in the Hereafter.

I am not declaring the whole community to be disbelievers, I have repeatedly said in my comment that the shia boy should not have any wrong opinions or sayings about Sahaba Karem Alehisalam because if he has then he is out of religion. And @pargali let me prove you from Qur'an why I have called them disbelievers if one claims to be a Muslim but he/she is against the Sahaba Karem Alehisalam, Holy Qur'an says,

[Holy Qur'an 9:40]

So, if someone has said anything bad about Abu bakr (R.A) then he is going againt Holy Qur'an because Holy Qur'an is evident on the companionship of Hazrat Abu Bakr (R.A). And whoever goes against Holy Qur'an he/she is out of deen and a Kafir. Don't you have mind to think or you really don't want to think?

I am getting an idea that no matter what the girl wants to marry the boy so she may, but as she has asked the question I have responded but I really don't care if she will marry him or not, she will be accountable on the day of judgement.

@pargali now tell me (Nauzubillah) if its a bullshit, because its the Holy Qur'an providing evidence for the companionship of Hazrat Abu Kabr (R.A) not me.

now you prove me can a Muslim marry a person who is against Holy Qur'an and claiming to be Muslim? Now don't give me the example of People of the Book because they are People of the Book not someone who claims to be a Muslim and goes against the teachings of Islam.

this is wht i was tryin to say .....tht ur no one to declare someone a muslim and non muslim....there maybe some shias even sunnis who wud b doing and saying so rong abt islam or the followers but that doesnt mean that u have the right to declare their entire community NON muslim....nowadays everyone believes on mouthy words....even the MUALANAs....many times when i haf argued this with the scholars all they say in the end is that i being a girl should not go in the depth and jus keep this thing in mind tht sunni shia marraige is forbidden...this is totallly rong u r no one to give ur judgement... WHen shia ppl are allowed in MAKKAH district and to perform PILGRIM they are surely counted as muslims too.

@pargali

You tell me what you are trying to say because I don't find anything in the above verse regarding Shia Sunni Marriage. I also said the same but you don't understand, above verse is saying Believing Men and Women are better then polytheistic which means a Muslim is better then a Mushrik, and if you want to marry them then they should accept Islam so that they become Muslim. And of course a Muslim can marry a Muslim so, don't go off topic and stick to the Topic

The hadith (S.A.W) which I have provided goes with the verse of Holy Qur'an which you have provided. I also said a Muslim can not marry a kafir Until they believe and if they believe they are no longer kafir but Muslim.

What I am saying is that if someone claims to be a Muslim and say against Sahaba Karam alehisalam then he/she is out of deen and a KAFIR. And a Muslim can not marry a kafir.

Now let me quote you the same verses which you have provided above so you can understand them clearly,

O you who have believed, when the believing women come to you as emigrants, examine them. Allah is most knowing as to their faith. And if you know them to be believers, then do not return them to the disbelievers; they are not lawful [wives] for them, nor are they lawful [husbands] for them. But give the disbelievers what they have spent. And there is no blame upon you if you marry them when you have given them their due compensation. And hold not to marriage bonds with disbelieving women, but ask for what you have spent and let them ask for what they have spent. That is the judgement of Allah ; He judges between you. And Allah is Knowing and Wise. Al-Mumtaĥanah:10

And do not marry polytheistic women until they believe. And a believing slave woman is better than a polytheist, even though she might please you. And do not marry polytheistic men [to your women] until they believe. And a believing slave is better than a polytheist, even though he might please you. Those invite [you] to the Fire, but Allah invites to Paradise and to forgiveness, by His permission. And He makes clear His verses to the people that perhaps they may remember. Al-Baqarah:221

Now concentrate on the above sentences which I have highlighted, they clearly shows that no mater what a Muslim can not marry a disbeliever. And I am saying exactly the same, if you abuse Sahaba Karem Alehisalam then you are a disbeliever (Kafir)so a Muslim can not marry a Disbeliever.

And regarding you saying me that I can not declare someone Muslim or Non-Muslim. I can say a Hindu and Buddhist a non-Muslim can't I? So, if someone is abusing Sahaba Karam Alehisalam he/she is surely a Kafir and not a Muslim.

Now prove me how the Hadith (S.A.W) which I have provided is against Holy Qur'an ? If you can not see the relation between Hadith (S.A.W) and Holy Qur'an then its your own fault of understanding. I have given explanation about the verses which you have quoted, hope you understand now.

@believer you are wrong. Quran frowns upon non-Muslim marriage.

This day [all] good foods have been made lawful, and the food of those who were given the Scripture is lawful for you and your food is lawful for them. And [lawful in marriage are] chaste women from among the believers and chaste women from among those who were given the Scripture before you, when you have given them their due compensation, desiring chastity, not unlawful sexual intercourse or taking [secret] lovers. And whoever denies the faith - his work has become worthless, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers. Maide:5

Al-Baqarah:221

however one can not declare someone Muslim or non-Muslim. only Allah can judge the people in that. therefore shia with sunni is a Muslim with Muslim marriage, unless one of them have commited great murder or worked against Allah or against His followers.

you have provided a hadith against scriptures. Kuran has more validity than hadiths, therefore cannot refute a scripture. so your argument is false.

You have not read completely what i have said. I clearly mentioned KAFIR. People of the Book are not Kafir so Muslim men can marry the girls from People of Book but not Kafir. Don't you know a Muslim can not marry a Hindu or Buddhist. So if you abuse the Sahaba Karam Alehisalam you are neither people of book nor Muslim.

you havent read mine either:

@pargali and @fkhawaja

I don't find the references saying that a Muslim can marry a Non-Muslim. You can simply get the answer from logic, what we are saying is that if anyone claims to be a Muslim he/she can not have wrong opinions about Sahaba Karam alehisalam, because if he/she has bad opinions or said bad about companions of Holy Prophet (S.A.W) then he/she is out of deen of Islam means non-Muslim. And a Muslim can not marry a kafir. I think you really moved by references, let me quote you exact reference of a Hadith (S.A.W),

Al-Tirmidhi, 43- BOOK OF FAITH, Chapter 18 #2651

Narrated by Abdullah ibn Amr (R.A)

Allah's Messenger (saws) said: ‘There will befall my Ummah exactly (all those) evils which befell the people of Isra'il, so much so that if there was one amongst them who openly committed fornication with his mother there will be among my Ummah one who will do that, and if the people of Isra'il were fragmented into seventy-two sects, my Ummah will be fragmented into seventy-three sects! All of them will be in Hell Fire except one sect. They (the Companions) said: ‘O Allah's Messenger (saws), which one is that?’ Whereupon he (saws) replied: ‘It is one to which I and my companions belong.’

I never read that companions of Holy Prophet (S.A.W) was belongers of Shi'ah sect. Actually this sect was not even present that time.

yes you can marry between shia and sunni:

Indeed, those who have divided their religion and become sects - you, [O Muhammad], are not [associated] with them in anything.

Ali Imran 19

as you can see there is only 1 religion. the final point in this religion is Quran. nothing can go against or be debated against Quran, therefore nothing that is not forbidden in the Quran can be forbidden by men. open Quran, search it on the internet. does it forbid you from marrying with someone from another sect? it doesnt. there isnt even mention of shia or sunni in the Quran. you are Muslim so obey Quran fist, not to men. shia and sunni are not different religions. Quran even forbids seperationism in Islam, as seen above.

forbidding something that Quran does not forbid, or releasing something that the Quran forbid are very big sins. you can marry with another Muslim. anyone who says otherwise wants to use you.
