[closed] What laws are broken when a worker requires and uses a companies licenced software?

When employees have a software that's licenced by their employer and put it to use for personal gain (makes a profit) in their personal organization, what laws are broken?

Theft. You might easily be fired. The agency could be fined as well for not protecting its licensed software.
