Assalam Alaykum. My name is Azamjon Musashaykhov, and I love the word Ibn that some people have in their names. Can I add it too? Discussing it with my parents is another thing. I just wanted to ask in any case of fire.

Asalamu Alaykum, Bismillah. In one of Sheikh Billal Phillip's lectures he was asked why he didn't change his last name to a Muslim last name and his answer was that it is not permissible to change the last name because it is your family name given from your father, but as far as the first name you can change. And middle name is just your fathers name, so Ibn can't be your middle name as well. Hope I answered your question salam.
