Will you stay forever at the same rank/degree in paradise?
Mashallah @light has given a good answer and I just want to add to his answer.
Paradise has 7 levels; the highest one is Firdaus-al-'ala. The highest level is right under the throne of Allah, the Almighty.
it was narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “… When you ask of Allaah, ask Him for al-Firdaws, for it is in the middle of Paradise and is the highest part of Paradise, and above it is the Throne of the Most Merciful, and from it spring forth the rivers of Paradise.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 2637; Muslim, 2831
100 are not the levels of Paradise but degrees. Paradise has one-hundred grades which Allah has reserved (only) for the ‘mujahidin’ who fight in His Cause, and the distance between each of two grades is like the distance between the heaven and the earth.
A Jannati will have his rank according to his worldly deeds and it has been told to us so that every person will try to do his best in this world to get a Higher rank in Jannah. Don't forget that even in Jannat-ul-Firdaus there are hundred of degrees or above Allah knows best.
And @paradiseheaven I'll slightly differ from my brother @Light regarding the number of hoors. Even the last person who will enter Jannah will at atleast 72 wives, 70 Hoors and 2 from worldly women but it not limited to only 72 wives. In Jannah a cloud will shade over the people of Jannah and a voice will be heard from it "Ask" and a girl will call a Jannati with his name and the Jannati will ask her "Who are you?" and she would reply "I am from extra".
Paradise is Eternal and thus its bounties are endless.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and He is the Only Source of Strength.
There are 100 levels of Paradise. The distance between each rank is like the distance between the Earth and the first heaven. Paradise is very wide. It is much wider than Hellfire. The Prophet said that there are a lot of gardens in Paradise.
So we see everyone is in level according to their deeds.however once you are stationed at a level then that is where you will live. But know brother no matter what level you are in it is wonderful. The lowest of level is the one who will be taken out of the hellfire and given ten of this world combined
However, you will be able to move from different level and this is because you will be able to see anyone you want. The prophets and messenger even though they will be in higher level will will be visted even from people of diffrent status.
We will never get jelouse of those of higher standing because our standing will be so wonderful.
"When the people of Paradise enter Paradise, Allâh will say:
"Do you want anything more?"
They will say, "Have You not made our faces white [i.e. honoured us]? Have You not admitted us to Paradise and saved us from the Fire?" Then the veil will be lifted, and they will never have been given anything more dear to them than looking at their Rabb, may He be Blessed and Exalted."
"There they will have all that they desire - and We have more [for them, i.e. a glance at the All-Mighty, All-Majestic." [50:35]
The men of Paradise have at least two wives. They will be so beautiful and pure to the point that he can see the inside of the bones of their legs1. None of the people of Paradise dispute or hate each other. Their hearts are all like one heart, loving each other. Some men will have many more than two wives. The women have one husband and feel happy about that.
So we see we will have everything we desire, yet we will love each other with no jealousy.

People Of JANNAT WILL MEET One another at a tree called SIDIRATUL MUNTAHA.every body will see one another their. IT was said that if i have it in my mind to see you in my Jannah, the taught will also come to your mind to see me.then both of us will start moving from our JANNAH TO THE TREE WHERE OTHER PEOPLE WHO WANT TO SEE Eachother will be. WE CAN NOT ENTER ANOTHER PERSON JANNAH BECAUSE OUR GOOD DEED AND Level in JANNAH IS DIFFERENT.

4) Baabur Rayyaan: The people who constantly observed the fast will be granted entry through this door.
5) Baabul Hajj: Those who observe the pilgrimage will be admitted through this door.
6) Baabul Kaazimeenal Ghaiz Wal ‘Aafina ‘Anin Naas: This door is reserved for those who suppress their anger and pardon others.
7) Baabul Aiman: This door is reserved for the entry of such people who are saved from reckoning and chastisement.
8) Baabuz Zikr: Those who excessively remembered Allah will be admitted through this door.
'Uqba b. 'Amir reported: We were entrusted with the task of tending the camels. On my turn when I came back in the evening after grazing them in the pastures, I found Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) stand and address the people. I heard these words of his: If any Muslim performs ablution well, then stands and prays two rak'ahs setting about them with his heart as well as his face, Paradise would be guaranteed to him. I said: What a fine thing is this ! And a narrator who was before me said: The first was better than even this. When I cast a glance, I saw that it was 'Umair (r.a) who said : I see that you have just come and observed : If anyone amongst you performs the ablution, and then completes the ablution well and then says: "Ash hadu al la ilaha illal lahu wah dahu la shareeka lahu wa ash hadu an-na muhammadan 'abduhu wa rasulhu" I testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the servant of Allah and His Messenger, the eight gates of Paradise would be opened for him and he may enter by whichever of them he wishes.
