Wa alaykumus salam . If you meant laser hair removal by laser waxing , then it is allowed as long as it does not harm your body , as laser waxing is just a modern way of removing hair . But using laser waxing to remove eyebrows , to shave beard , or to keep a bid'ati hairstyle is not allowed . Otherwise , laser waxing is allowed even if hair doesn't grow back from the place of removal .

@HamzaC , bid'ati hairstyle means the hairstyles that kafirs , mushriqins ,and peoples of other religions do , like males having long hair like women , females cutting their hair like men, etc . Even cutting hair unevenly is considered a bid'ati hairstyle , as it is not sunnat . Sunnat hairstyle for men is to cut their hair evenly , or letting it grow or shaving the head completely . And sunnat hairstyle for females is that they should not cut their hair at all .
