2:2﴾ (2:2) This is the Book of Allah: there is no doubt about it. It is guidance to Godfearing people, what is mutaq(according to Kuran)

(Muttaqi) the person who acts upon all commandments of Allah and follow the life style of Rasoolullah (peace be upon him) completely. and he even leaves an action which has a little doubt that it will lead him to the sin.

As-salamu 'alaikum wa ra'hmatullahi wa barakatuhu wa maghfiratuhu. The word 'Muttaqun'(Those who fear, in Islam it means 'God- conscious') comes from the word 'Taqwa'(Fear). Allah sub'hanu wa ta'ala gives a brief description of 'Al-Muttaqun' in Sura Baqara, verse 2-5 -

(This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah)

(Who believe in the unseen, establish prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them,) ‎

(And those believe in what has been revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you, and of the Hereafter they are certain) ‎

(Those who are upon [right] guidance from their Lord, and it is those who are the successful.)
