i cant really tell you anything and i cant give u any advice ive never understood why people like the same gender i always just thought it was because people that are the same gender know things about their bodies or something... anyways you did the right thing and inshallah allah will reward you and help you through it.

Well it's not a choice, I don't think you just get up one day and decide to become gay. Personally I've never heard of a gay guy becoming straight. The most they can do is go on living their life pretending to be straight. But who knows maybe you'll become bi, which means you like both girls and boys. Also personally I don't believe Allah grants wishes, he just helps you endure his trials. His rewards are usually for the afterlife.

Its a choice most definitely. But this isn't the place to debate. That's why community site was made. Salam

Whispers of shayton. He whispers in all of our ears and wants us destroyed and undoubtedly does not want us with Allah. My brother these feelings are lies. Satan wants you to believe you like men. Satan doesn't want you to be a good Muslim man . Don't listen to it. You were created by Allah who made for you mates of a different sex. You need to keep your prayers, study Islam , learn Qur'an, read and recite Qur'an everyday all day . Stay in wudu. And keep away from everything that is haram. Insha Allah Insha Allah you will be healed from this waswas ( whispers). Insha Allah this helps you and if you need anything else I am here. Salam

Yaqin if this man has not done a sexual act . Does your statement still stand?

(Jul 17 '13 at 01:25) sadie ♦ sadie's gravatar image

@Sadie it has been reported on the authority of umar ibn khatabb that Rasul saws said," Allah judges the intentions." Now you revisit his statement then you tell me from his words his intentions.... may Allah guide you.

brother if you are muslim know this it is not something that allah (swt) would do as in oppress his creations with something then punish them for it. allah (swt) does not like oppression as allah says in the surat al baqara. i advise you to get ruqya done on you it would be the most thing that would help you as this is a clear sign of possession you need to do ruqya to expell the shayton away from you so you can go on living like a proper muslim inshallah.. there are roqi's in london, australia, jordan, lebanon and saudi.. or you can contact us at jinnbuster on facebook inshallah allah (swt) guides you to the right path

my comment asking what ruqya is got erased? strange. lol.

jinnbuster, is there not a hadith stating that muhammad beat the jinn out of a boy? also a muslim once told me that the time muhammad punched aisha in the chest, causing her pain, wasn't spousal abuse because he was driving a jinn out. no mention of that in the hadith, but there seems to be alot missing from some hadiths?

right paul?

our prophet peace and blessings be upon him and his family was not violent in any way shape of form no human after him can or will possess any of his attributes, as for your statement of our beloved prophet peace and blessings be upon him and his family this is incorrect it was a made up story that people like your self would like to circulate it around to deter people from following the truth... please brother it does not make you smart by making up stuff and posting it on the net truth will always prevail..

you didn't just say muhammad 'wasn't violent in any way shape or form'? was he not involved in many battles. he killed many people in battle and executed others. he crushed a guy's head between to large rocks. he ordered people to be stoned to death. he executed the tribe of ukl by cut off their feet and hands and gouged their eyes out and left them to bleed to death in the dessert. sounds pretty violent to me.

are you saying he didn't punch aisha in the chest? as for the beating a boy to knock the jinn out of him. it was a muslim who told me that. she may have been wrong.

Mike you make these outrageous claims, present your proofs so I can refute your garbage. Why you keep searching for things against islam. But your sources are confused and thus confusing you. Present your proof muslims only accept islam with textual proof. Inshallah I will refute it...

no problem boss. they will be in the answer section. might be too big for the comment section. are you saying he didn't kill anyone in battle? or crush the guys head with a big rock or execute the ukl tribe in the manner i described? i thought you were more knowledgable than that? certainly you know about rajam?

@mike, once again you fail to understand what hudood is for certain crimes as is in the society you live in now. It is your hatred that blinds you of the facts that are present in your face. When you first mentioned this issue, inwhich i was prevy to, you didn't tell the whole story, for your intentions was to place the Rasul saws in a negative light when all he did was carry out the prescribed law of the islamic state. And your comment about the camels urine is silly, just becaude you don't know the significance of it doesn't mean that there is none. My family is from the west indies and my grandmother has some remedies that work and I know you will flipout if I would tell you a few of them. Salaam

answered 8331040 yaqin's gravatar image

no i understand that the hudood is the criminal punishment of sharia that is "unalterable" because it "comes from allah". but no one can say that muhammad wasn't violent in any way when he killed and ordered people killed. to kill someone is violent whether you consider it "justified" or not. and to cut peoples limbs off and put a hot poker in someone's eyes is an extremely violent and brutal means of execution (as is crucifying). when people ask me, what is it you don't like about islam, the first thing i say is the hudood. that paired with the lack of seperation of religion and governance.

i would love to hear your grandmother's home remedies. so where are you at now? cheers.

just had a thought. so is there a (hudood) worldly punishment for homosexual acts? if four rightous male witnesses happen to stumble across the san fransisco gay pride parade and see men kissing or maybe doing something more, what does your god command?
