what kinds of food are you supposed to eat during Ramadan when breaking your fast? I know the date is one..

As-salamu 'alaikum. I think dates and milk should be avoided because they are high in carbohydrate and can cause gas which breaks wudu. Drink a lot of water, eat food and fruits that are low in carbohydrate, such as papayas. Use oil and spices in your food as less as possible. Tarabih is a long prayer and we need to keep wudu to pray it with concentration.

but everyone eats dates and even prophet Muhammad saw ate dates with milk
