Can you brush your mouth during Ramadan in the afternoon assuming you forgot to do that during Sahur?

As-salamu 'alaikum. Yes, it can be done, but never use any toothpaste. Using toothpaste might break your fast. Also be careful not to swallow any water.

Using toothpaste that has alcohol in it will break the fast is that what you mean?

Brushing your teeth with toothpaste is allowed however one must ensure it is not swallowed. For this reason some scholars say it is makrooh and some say it is allowed. Allah hu alim

I don't think there is anything with brushing your teeth anytime, just don't swallow toothpaste or water.
