We Muslims are not allowed to use the word father for Allah and it is totally forbidden to as because ones we call Allah father we are giving Allah less attribute and made Him equal to His creation and may Allah protect us from this that is because it is the name that is used father is attributed to humans that is why Allah say, [That they attribute to the Most Merciful a son] [19 v91] and also, [And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son] [19 v92] and also says, [Exalted is He and high above what they say by great sublimity] [17 43] Allah here is freeing Himself from what has been said about Him and distances Himself from the attributes is giving to Him by those who say He Has a son and those who call Him father, therefore, it is forbidden to use that name to call Allah.
As for the Prophets you mentioned that you said you heard them call Allah with that name is not true that is because Allah says, [There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant] [19 v93] Allah here tells as everything that exists including the Angels and mankind and Jinn kind too are all but slave to Allah and servants to Him, just like Allah says, [Exalted is He who took His Servant by night from al-Masjid al-Haram to al-Masjid al- Aqsa, whose surroundings We have blessed, to show him of Our signs. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Seeing] [17 v1] Allah in this verse calls His Prophet Mohammed [salallahu aleyhi wasalam] His servant and also to be understood that the messenger used this word too to call himself the servant off Allah, and also Allah, says, [Jesus] said, "Indeed, I am the servant of Allah . He has given me the Scripture and made me a prophet] [19 v30] know est how Jesus called himself that he is the servant of Allah and also Allah says about Noah, [O descendants of those We carried [in the ship] with Noah. Indeed, he was a grateful servant] [17 v3]
