Assalamalaikumwarahmatullah,

I have heard that 1.Allah is everywhere, 2. Allah lives in heart of human beings, 3. Allah lives in the 7th sky.

If some one can answer where exactly Allah is with verses from Quran then i will be very thankful

i can not give you a verse but allah created time and place and limitted us with them you can not apply his laws upon him ...hope you got it... "it was we who created man, and we know what dark suggestions his soul makes to him ; for we are nearer to him than (his) jugular vein " soorat qaf (50:16) .....but that does not mean he is there it means he is near to all and knows all

Indeed, your Lord is Allah , who created the heavens and earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne. He covers the night with the day, [another night] chasing it rapidly; and [He created] the sun, the moon, and the stars, subjected by His command. Unquestionably, His is the creation and the command; blessed is Allah , Lord of the worlds. Allah's Throne is referred to in verse (7:54) of chapter (7) sūrat l-aʿrāf (The Heights)
