Salaam, Quick question that keeps coming up. If I am praying at the Masjid, not at the time with the jamaat, and someone comes and starts reading directly behind me, if i finish my prayer, can I move from there or do I have to wait for him to finish

if you mean reading quran then you can move if you mean someone came and prayed behind you and considered you to be the imam then he is not praying correctly and you could move but if someone is praying you must not pass in front of them put something between you and them and then pass (anything even a mobile phone) that was all I could get from your question Ramadan Mubarak and pray for all our brothers and sisters and all Islamic nations that allah gives them safety and happiness
