dude i'm not a muslim but that hadith is crazy. first the egyptian army is far from the most powerful on earth. it couldn't even beat little ole isreal in two wars. y'all lost the sinia pennisula. come on, you can't be serious. don't follow people just because they have metal pinned to their chests or have fancy uniforms. and also don't follow people just because they can quote some book or saying. think for yourself.

I'd love to see you apply your own advice. In sha Allah.

i don't follow any hadiths or fatawas. never been in the military. my dad wanted me to go to the air force academy. i said no way, i'm not taking orders. plus i would have gotten out just in time for the first gulf war. would probably of had to kill your brothers and sisters in islam who invaded kuwait.

even as a child i remember my father saying, "listen boy, you refuse to be trained". you don't think i think for myself?

I'm sorry but I do not believe in Hadiths as strongly as I do in the Quran. The Quran was guaranteed to be 100% and has never been altered since the time of it's creation, a miracle and blessing by Allah (swt). At the very most, someone can guarantee the authenticity of a Hadith by up to 99%, but never truly 100%, as the only thing that is promised to be 100% true is the message of Allah, the glorious Quran. Is this Hadith true? Did the prophet Muhammad (saw) actually say those words? Maybe, but it can't be for certain. Instead focus on things that ARE certain.

If anyone desires to use a Hadith as the source for the reason of their actions, then the Hadith must be in complete compliance with the Quran as do the actions resulting from the Hadith. If the actions or the Hadith is not in compliance with the glorious Quran, then they are wrong (actions) or falsehood (fake hadiths) and should not be continued/used.

If one is not sure of his/her actions, they must review the Quran and pray to Allah that they make the right choice and do so earnestly. On him/her shall be no sin as said by the Quran. And remember that Allah is All Knowing, All Powerful, and he knows of that which is in your hearts.
