assalam a'likum. There is no way to islam but quran and sunnah only and what other non-muslim say something helpful but not in quran or sunnah, we mustn't take it. We mustn't try to be like them coz whatever good things they do, it must be in islam and if not, it can't be good. There are many hadith thad says this. And for the other point, leader must be a muslim even he isn't as cleaver as the non-muslim. We can benfit with his experience but not make him aleader(كنتم خير أمة أخرجت للناس). Wa Allah a'lam

Assalamu alaykum. Please i want you to enlight me the prohibition or not of a muslim to use the rule of law other than qur'an and sunnah,

thirdly is it okey for a muslim to follow non-muslim as his leader ? Regarding what is happening in nigeria,

you follow the rules and regulations of the country

but no leader will force you concerning DEEN
