Thank u for the advice Alhamdullilah
This is an example of how cautious a Muslim needs to be prior to making a decision regarding business ownership.
Not all businesses are for Muslims.
One has to scrutinise the inner workings of a business before making a decision. Anything related to alcohol is unsuitable.
Both the Holy Quran and the Sunnah clearly state that alcohol and any other intoxicants are forbidden.
Intoxicants were forbidden in the Qur'an through several separate verses revealed at different times over a period of years.
In the Quran, Alaah SWT says:
(4:43) O you who have believed, do not approach prayer while you are intoxicated until you know what you are saying or in a state of janabah, except those passing through [a place of prayer], until you have washed [your whole body].
(2:219) They ask you about wine and gambling. Say, "In them is great sin and [yet, some] benefit for people. But their sin is greater than their benefit."
(5:90) O you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing on] stone alters [to other than Allah ], and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may be successful.
(5:91) Satan only wants to cause between you animosity and hatred through intoxicants and gambling and to avert you from the remembrance of Allah and from prayer. So will you not desist?
On the subject of selling and buying, Mohammad saws stated:
Hadith - Al-Tirmidhi #2776, Narrated Anas ibn Malik
Allah's Messenger saws cursed ten people in connection with wine: the wine-presser, the one who has it pressed, the one who drinks it, the one who conveys it, the one to whom it is conveyed, the one who serves it, the one who sells it, the one who benefits from the price paid for it, the one who buys it, and the one for whom it is bought.
In your situation, as you are living in the Catholic country where non-Islamic laws prevail, you have placed yourself in an awkward position. For you, as a Muslim family, you are not at liberty to sell or deal with alcohol.
Now as the expectation to sell alcohol is there, you can only do one of the following two:
If you were to retain it you will have business loss but this is better than disobeying Alaah SWT who has given clear instructions regarding intoxicants.
May Alaah SWT guide you on the right path with your decision.
