Assalamu alaikum.. My father was gone to Allah before one year. I had no wealth to do haj for my father. But my sister is willing to do haj for my father.. But somebodys are saying that girl had no rights to do this. What should i do now. My sister want kbow some details .. Can u help us ?

Well, firstly, you CAN do Hajj on behalf of a dead person so I'm not going to stop you there. Secondly, you can accompany her since you are a Mahram, but if you don't have the wealth, then you could negotiate with her and she could give you the money to do Hajj for your father...? Just a suggestion.
