in case death of husband according to islamic law wife will entilted of 1/8 share.whereas she had earned lot of money.

my question is that when both are working and earning money wife should get 1/2 of left over money in case of death of husband.where as islamic law says she will get less. some body please explain and what are the shasres of children

let us put OURS this explanation on the table(i mean i and u)

husband works.....and has his different account in bank

wife...to her different account

so if husband dies...she would get that share from her husband Property

Now let us say they are the agents of "automobiles"

sharing all the costs etc, Here the matter must be referred to Sharia Court Over here we have "Wizarat Awkaff"

...let me pause and see how much understood me and how much i haven't.

you are correct if theyhave different accounts. but if they have one account both earning goes to that account.God forbinding husband dies and at that time bank balance is one million us$. what amount wife will get according to islamic law.

you are correct if they have separate account. but what if they have one account and husband dies at that time there is bank balance of one million us$ in the bank how much wife will get from that amount according to islamic law also they have onr son and one daughter.
