Say your prayers at lunch. Do not leave them for later. I suggest trying to handle this situation with softness and gentleness, and your boss inshaAllah will agree.

Among the rights guaranteed by most nations is to practise one's religion freely, and prayer is a fundamental part of Islam. Legally, they should not ever be stopping you from prayer and if its a lunch break, then that's even more the case as its your break. But try brother to go down with gentleness on your boss. inshaAllah it will work

And whosoever fears Allah and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty). (Surah Talaq)

And whosoever puts his trust in Allah, then He will suffice him. (Surah Talaq)

May Allah's Peace and Mercy be Upon You,

Dear brother,

Do not get the local imam to talk to the guy or enforce legal proceedings or try again and again to talk to the guy what are a western Muslim's rights. Allah sees the situation you are in, and sees the dilemmas you are enduring.

I once asked an Islamic scholar about this, because I am a school student and I asked him if I should run from school to pray Dhuhr prayers. The scholar [May God's Peace and Mercy be Upon Him] said that I can make up the prayer after I come home from school.

And about you, just make up the prayer after you come home from work.
