Alaiykum Salaam dear brother, with the understanding that your work requirements place you in a position which demands frequent attending of dinners & drinks the best advice I can give you is to steer away from non-halal food and alcohol. This is the least that you can do. I know you need to please clients and close business deals but your best business is that with Allah Subhana wa ta’ala.

“...therefore eat of what Allah has given you, lawful and good (things), and give thanks for Allah's favor if him do you serve”(16:114)

‘O you who believe! intoxicants and games of chance and (sacrificing to) stones set up and (dividing by) arrows are only an uncleanness, the shaitan's work; shun it therefore that you may be successful’(5:90)

Dear brother, the deals you conclude around tables laden with unlawful food and alcohol has little benefit for you in the hereafter. And believe me, I understand business dealings and its etiquette.

I would also suggest that you ask Allah Subhana wa ta’ala to lead you to a position which does not require such frequent eating with non-Muslims. And I say this not because they are non-Muslims but because you are surrounded with unlawful food, alcohol and presumably, also female clients, etc. I understand that your business is your livelihood but try to re-think it all and inshallah, you will find yourself in a position which does not give you anxiety about fulfilling your obligations to the One who must be obeyed before anything or anyone else. May Allah Subhana wa ta’ala guide you and bless you with that which is all good. Ameen
