i have fear how to stop it..can i stop it using dua??
There is no book that reforms hearts and heals them of disease like the Qur’aan. Hence the Muslim should not turn away from it towards other books. The Muslim should read Qur’aan a great deal with proper focus and humility, pondering the meanings. He will see the effect of that on his heart. He can also refer to one of the brief tafseers in order to understand the meanings of any verses that he finds difficult, such as the Tafseer of al-Sa’di (may Allaah have mercy on him).
One of the most important remedies for diseases of the heart is to study and ponder the texts which include warnings to the one who leaves these diseases to fester in his heart, such as the hadeeth in which the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “No one will enter Paradise who has an atom’s-weight of arrogance in his heart.” (Narrated by Muslim, 91).
A person may become negligent and that may lead to weakening his faith. The remedy for that is to pray a great deal for forgiveness and to constantly remember Allaah, and to read Qur’aan and focus on and ponder its meanings, for doing that will rid the heart of its carelessness and wake it from its slumber. And it is very important to do a lot of righteous deeds.
You should increase your good deeds, such as reading Qur’aan, giving charity, remembering Allaah (dhikr), upholding the ties of kinship, etc. The weakness which you feel also happens to others, for it is something natural. How many people were examples followed by others and had a great deal of drive and ambition, then they lost their drive and ambition for a long time, then it came back to them by the grace of Allaah
Know the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “In the body there is a piece of flesh: if it is sound the whole body will be sound and if it is corrupt then the whole body will be corrupt.”
say; "Bissmillahi el-lazi laa yadorrou ma3a essmihi shay-on fil ardi wala fissamaa, wa howa essami3ou el3aleem."
means; "By-Name Allah that will not harm with His name a thing in the earth nor the skies, and He is the Hearing the Knowing."
and by Allah's will "fassaykfikahoumoullah wa howa essami3ou el3aleem." (2:137) "...and Allāh will be sufficient for you against them. And He is the Hearing, the Knowing."
Truly Allah is sufficient enough for His servant. "Is not Allāh sufficient for His Servant [Prophet Muúammad]? And [yet], they threaten you with those [they worship] other than Him. And whoever Allāh leaves astray – for him there is no guide. And whoever Allāh guides – for him there is no misleader. Is not Allāh Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution?" (39:36-37)
