It has to be taken figuratively

Asalaam o alaikum, The "hand " in which you speak of could be taken as the Mercy of Allah. Mercy is the hand given to us by Allah. If we had no Mercy extended to us we would be in despair. Allah knows best.

"Indeed, those who pledge allegiance/bay3a to you, [O Muúammad] – they are actually pledging allegiance to Allāh. The hand of Allāh is over their hands. So he who breaks his word only breaks it to the detriment of himself. And he who fulfills that which he has promised Allāh – He will give him a great reward." (48:10)

metaphorically(figuratively), and not literally as Allah "There is nothing as like unto Him". and the hands of Allah is interpreted(ta2weel) as (and no one knows its true interpretation except Allah); it is the power of Allah and His victory over their unity on bay3a/allegiance, the bounty/favours of Allah or the reward of Allah is over their hands of good response to bay3a.

also when it said in Quran; " ...Say, “Indeed, [all] bounty is in the hand of Allāh – He grants it to whom He wills. And Allāh is all-Encompassing and Wise." (3:73) it is understood as the possession and the giving/donning. same understanding to the following verse; "And the Jews say, "The hand of Allāh is chained." Chained are their hands, and cursed are they for what they say. Rather, both His hands are extended; He spends however He wills..." (5:64)

and Allah knows better Assalaamou alaikoum
