I am an unmarried 23 yr old girl who was recently being diagnosed by PCOS, because of which my weight has increased a lot. I have also experienced some new hair growth on my face and body but have lost lot of hair from scalp(severe hair fall). My complexion has become slightly darker. I am taking treatment regularly and by grace of Allah I do pray regularly. But I want to ask you if you could please suggest me any surah/dua/recitation of some name of Allah for these mentioned problems. My doctor told me all of this is due to PCOS which if not cured poses problems in conceiving. Thank you for reading. Jazakallah khair

Asalaam o alaikum, sister, Ahamdulliah, you are suffering greatly. I have a suggestion that you should look into. As part of life and being a Muslim, we should not overlook the world of dua, protection, and the Jinn. These are significant factors in our daily lives. Sins are wrought by our own hands, and the body displays the signs. Also, we must also consider the fact of outside interference, of the Jinn.

Most people these days can not entertain the thought that Jinns really exist, and that they play no role in our lives. People think also that Jinns, evil eye, or sorcery for that matter can not harm us, and that the thought of ,it could never happen to me.

Do not feel alarmed or scared of this fact. Allah has given every provision in life, the duas, for help, protection etc. Why do you suppose Allah did this??.......... because we live along side Jinn.

You are obviously under the hospital for your problems, and it could well be just a natural trial that you are going through by Allahs will. But it would also be worth checking if there is also another reason for your illnesses.

To do Ruqya on ones self is always good, regardless, or have someone do the recitations for us. It does require good tajweed. If you go to this page you can download a complete Ruqya session, **http://www.ruqyahandhealing.com/download/** GO TO DOWNLOAD SECTION,

**http://www.ruqyahandhealing.com/** this is the home page of the site, you may find this site useful. It also has a dua section.

http://benhalimaabderraouf.fr/index.php/en/the-ruqyah/treatment** If you go to this page ,there are duas for specific causes. This is the home page, http://benhalimaabderraouf.fr/**

You can also consider, Hijamah, cupping, it cures 42 diseases.

InshaAllah this helps, Allah knows best why you suffer, and why we all suffer too, in many ways, and Allah provides the cure for every known thing. Try to put your trust in Allah, but by no means leave the hospital or the doctors help, use it, but dont be totaly reliant on them, as ALLAH WANTS US TO BE RELIANT ON HIM, HE IS THE ONLY PROVIDER, SUSTAINER, GUIDE AND PROTECTOR. 50.3.7

Hadith book, 'The Evil Eye' of Malik's Muwatta. Yahya related to me from Malik that Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Abi Sasaca said that he heard Abu'l-Hubab Said ibn Yasar say that he had heard Abu Hurayra say, "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'Allah afflicts the one for whom He desires good.'"
Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Urwa ibn az-Zubayr from A'isha that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, when he had a complaint, would recite the last three suras of Qur'an, over himself and blow. She said, "When his pain was great, I would recite it over him and wipe him with his right hand hoping for its blessing."

Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said from Amra bint Abd ar-Rahman that Abu Bakr as-Siddiq visited A'isha while she had a [health] complaint and a jewish woman was making incantation (ruqya) for her. Abu Bakr said, "Do it (incantation) with the Book of Allah."
