lately I've been more interested in Islam and started studying it deeper as I fell more and more in Love with this beautiful religion. Until lately I was disappointed by the Houris story! As soon as I heard of this I felt that I lost a big part of my faith! Is this story real or is it myth? Because I'm very disappointed and chocked and I just want to cry! If my future husband will be sleeping with not one but 72 OTHER FEMALES I would rather not get married! I heard people saying that we should not compare this life to the hereafter and that jealousy doesn't exist in Jannah but still, this is not convincing. ( I also heard that guys love intercourse so much that this will be their reward in Jannah, but are they that thirsty to the point that they need 73 females??? Is this the only thing they want to do and jannah?!!!) I'm really afraid of losing my deen and faith because of this story.

What are you saying? You are claiming to be in paradise as if Allah has promised you (unless you are mutaqin)? And be careful what you speak because Allah hears. And if you declare that you will be treated unjustly in paradise it as if implying Allah is incapable of providing just reward (naozobillah):

A reward from your Lord, an ample calculated gift (according to the best of their good deeds), (36) [Surah Naba]

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH):"There is in it what no eye has even seen, things of which no ear has ever heard and what no one has ever imagined."

And regarding your reward:

"There they will have all that they desire - and We shall have more [for them]" [Qaaf 50:35]

There are no ill feelings like jealousy in paradise. Those are only attributes of the devil. Please be careful when you talk about deen as Allah is hearer of all.

Dear sister, a mojaihd is the the one who gets 72 Houris in Jannah. And by the way you will be WAY more beautiful then them. And Allah is never injustice to anyone so I'm pretty sure he will give us women and men equal joys in Jannah.

Allah says ((Surely the men who submit and the women who submit, and the believing men and the believing women, and the obeying men and the obeying women, and the truthful men and the truthful women, and the patient men and the patient women and the humble men and the humble women, and the almsgiving men and the almsgiving women, and the fasting men and the fasting women, and the men who guard their private parts and the women who guard, and the men who remember Allah much and the women who remember-- Allah has prepared for them forgiveness and a mighty reward)) Chapter: 33 Verse: 35

As a women, a Muslim, I don't care what I get as long as I just go to heaven and not hell.

sister, just be patient with your feelings in this world, jannah is a place where allah(swt) will take what you want in to consideration as well. Allah(swt) says "No person knows what is kept hidden for them of joy as a reward for what they used to do". you will get what you want, inshallah. It is Allah's promise, and the promise of Allah(swt) is true.

salaam

Sister calm down. We are merely creatures who depend on the mercy of the creator to exist. We don't have the right to question the laws that Allah sub'hanu wa ta'ala selected for us. What you are experiencing is waswasa from shaitan the cursed. Be careful shaitan can use these tricks to force you become a kafir. Be very careful with your iman. Recite au'thubillah again and again. Remember, we are pathetic and powerless, so it is meaningless for us to become angry with Allah sub'hanu wa ta'ala's decision. If he wants he can make you suffocate right now and throw you into fire. We should be happy and content with whatever Allah has given us and never complain. We should strive to become better muslims and save ourselves from jahannam. HadakAllah.
