Salam Alaikum

Is it halal for a girl who identifies as transgendered to bind to cover her breasts and dress as a boy in efforts to 'pass' but NOT perform homosexual acts?

If possible, please provide verses from the Quran and Hadeeths.

All answers greatly appreciated.

May Allah bless you all.

Islam does not allow men & women to dress/look like the opposite gender. Such people are cursed. As in a Bukhari hadith narrated by Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه - The Prophet "cursed men who imitate women and women who imitate men." (And there are similar other reports). Nor is it allowed to change the creation of Allah سبحانه و تعالى (which we know from the Qur'an). So if you were born a girl, then you should remain/"identify" as a girl and dress/look like one. (Though it is part of hijab to cover your breasts). Hope this helps..
