Assalamu Alaikum, Brother and Sisters.

Here is the whole story: I got engaged about 5 months ago. Then me and my fiancee did zina several times. Our families did not know that we were doing that behind their watch. Both of us also requested our parents several times to arrange our marriage (the time before we had sex). But they disagreed, because our education was not finish yet and specially mine. Though I was and am still doing a contractual job. Our parents decided that we can marry each other after my sister come from abroad along with her husband and children. We had wait till that. So, we couldn't control ourselves and had zina several times. But after a few days, both of us thought that it was not right and we got married with the help and presence of some of our friends. But they didn't know that we had sex before. After a few days, both of us informed our parents that we got married and though they were anger at the start, they agreed and compromised with our doing. But still they don't know that we had sex before marriage. So, the question is if the Marriage is valid? Can't we repent after marriage? or by anyhow?

In the name of Allah!salam,Imam Khomeini's catechism: 2399 If a woman without a husband who does not menstruate(Shortly after the death of the husband or the wife can get a divorce to marry again. )on a lewd act, then it could be for a woman to marry her, but Mustahab precaution is that he will wait until after the wedding to see her Menstruation, but the precaution possible should be left, and if the other wants to marry her.Quran:4-And as for the two of you who are guilty thereof, punish them both. And if they repent and improve, then let them be. Lo! Allah is ever relenting, Merciful. In the name of Allah !salam,The fatwa, provided the marriage is permissible. , Married the daughter of the father's permission is required. If the girl's father is now satisfied that the marriage is valid.Supreme Leader Khamenei: marry virgins obligatory precaution should be allowed without the permission of her father or paternal grandfather, his father and the marriage takes place, the obligatory precaution is taken to be either the father or the son, will forgive the rest period (the contract temporary) and are separated from each other (with divorce in permanent marriages).

Your marriage is permissible. The zina is not. Take this hadith as an example; Narrated Jabir: A man from the tribe of Bani Aslam came to the Prophet while he was in the mosque and said, "I have committed illegal sexual intercourse." The Prophet turned his face to the other side. The man turned towards the side towards which the Prophet had turned his face, and gave four witnesses against himself. On that the Prophet called him and said, "Are you insane?" (He added), "Are you married?" The man said, 'Yes." On that the Prophet ordered him to be stoned to the death in the Musalla (a praying place). When the stones hit him with their sharp edges and he fled, but he was caught at Al-Harra and then killed. Sahih Bukhari 7:63:195 The stoning described here is the prescribed punishment for married persons. Repent. Allah Subhana wa ta Ala is the Acceptor of Repentance, Dispenser of Grace. For what happened before the marriage read Al Quran Surat An Nur 24:2-3. 24:2-9 will explain the hadith above. May Allah forgive you and bless you and increase you in beneficial knowledge, and may Allah forgive me if I have said something wrong. Ameen.
