I have seen that practicing islam requires a lot of willpower. There are situations in islam where if a muslim is lazy or inactive, he can fall into shirk/kufr. If a person lacks/ is unable to produce this willpower to save himself from sins because of mental/psychological defects in his brain/genetics, then what is the rulling regarding him? Is he responsible for the sins he commits?
