Salam

Jesus(pbuh) never testified that he received divinity. There is no unequivocal in whole bible which says "I am God" or "Worship me". He was a Muslim (one who seeks the will of his Lord Allah):

"I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgement is just; because I seek not my own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me." [The Bible, John 5:30]

He is one of the mightiest messengers who got misunderstood by Christians, but never said he was God. The test for God is given in Surah 112:

Say: He is Allah, the One and Only! Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth not nor is He begotten. And there is none like unto Him.

Thus he does, not satisfy any of these conditions, and therefore cannot be God. He is neither God from bible or from Quran.

Qur'an says regarding people who conceal the truth:

And mix not truth with falsehood, nor conceal the truth [i.e. Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم is Allah's Messenger and his qualities are written in your Scriptures, the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] while you know (the truth).[2:42]

I didn't use Allah for Jesus(pbuh) because Allah is alone for the Almighty alone, thus I used the word God instead which is lesser significant term.

Jazakallah Khair!
