Walaykumassalaam. Please do not use uppercase. It displays aggressiveness.

Wa alaikum assalaam, pardon me but your query sounds quite funny in front of me. One i never studied such things in ahadeeths and in other books of islam and second if i have done my grads from delhi university then do i take Delhi as my surname. That will become some kind of hilarious factor of my life. Brother tons of kids study everyday in holy places, if everyone of them start thinking like that then what will be the scenario. People come from Hajj every year and start calling themselves Haaji or Hajjan. I never heard in the entire life of Prophet Muhammad Sal lal laaho alaehi wassallam that he used such title for himself as he also did Hajj three times in his lifetime. Better consult it with a authentic scholar. Else Allah knows best. All good is from Allah and all bad is from me and satan. May Allah guide us. Aameen.
