Asalamu Alaikum

If the sin is done by one person in secret (family is unaware of the sin), then it is a sin known between the individual and Allah (swt) and Allah (swt) forgives and pardons sins that one has seized doing and has repented for.

If the sin is done by one person and the family is aware of it and they accept the action, then the sin is for the whole family.

If the sin is done by one person and the family is aware of it and assists the individual to right their wrongs and they succeed in righting it, Allah (swt) is the Best to return to and Allah (swt) is the Most Forgiving, Most Merciful.

I hope I answered your question my Muslim Brother/Sister,

Asalamu alaikum wa ruhmatollahi wa barakatoo

Im sorry, I am not equipped with enough knowledge to give you a straight answer for this question. Depending in which part of the world you are in, speaking to women has become mandatory. One has to learn the boundaries of speech when talking to women so that they do not cross the line Allah (swt) has set for them. I hope someone equipped with knowledge will answer this question for you.

Based off of my experiences, if you know what you are doing and not doing things that displease Allah (swt), you should be in the clear. In order to do so, you have to learn a lot about Islamic law and philosophy and the thinking and analysis process that takes place to come to a conclusion for different questions and problems and for different scenarios that call for different approaches.

I think it's not related to prior question, still I'm asking here. (I'm posting it here because I want you to answer this).

I want to know, Making female friends is a sin? I've many female friends and I usually talk them (by chat messages or text and often on call) I was used to flirt with them too, but now I'm not going to do that. All I know is talking to them (by texting or on call) is it a sin? We talks when they need me or I need them, to share something or when one of them is getting bored. Just talking friendly, formally and casually with female friends is a sin?

"I want to add: if ZINAH is done by 1 person of the family and family is not aware of it. so still he's only responsible, and face his punishment alone? Right?":

That is correct BUT, In this scenario, the sin belongs to the two who committed zinah.

"Should I make a another thread or I can ask in this thread?":

You can if you wish, but its fine here if it is an extension of the prior question.
