Asalamu alejkum. Me and my wife have this argument about haveing password on the pc and phone. I feel very unconfortable about that. I wonder if it is something I should not care about. Also, I have a very big issue with my wife not listening to me. I can barely remember moments when she does things I ask her to. We also have an issue of who is supposed to clean the house, and I feel like i am the one who does it all the time. I tried to not do anyting for a week and i didnt have any clean underwear or socks since i dont do it. Makeing food is also something she doesn't do. We made an agreement that we will make dinner every other day. I did my part of the deal, but she dosn't do it and it hurts me alot. All she wants to do is to be on her pc or being outside haveing fun, without wearing anything or her head. She is only 19, but I would like to help her be better, or atleast doing everything that is good/approved with Islam. S She wants to take a very long train trip to her cusin, but it is like 6hours, and it is too far. I say that in Islam she is not supposed to travel this far alone, i dont want her to go. Then she says that she will go without my permission. Please give me some advice. I love my wife very much, and I only want her best, but she sees it in a way that I dont let her do anythig fun or what she wants.

Allah will tell you about this:

Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support them) from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient (to Allah and to their husbands), and guard in the husband's absence what Allah orders them to guard (e.g. their chastity, their husband's property). As to those women on whose part you see ill-conduct, admonish (formal expression of disapproval) them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is useful); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance). Surely, Allah is Ever Most High, Most Great.

( سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #34)

Seldom do we read the Quran.

Jazakallah Khair
