Are you certain that was Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)? If so I would like to ask how much do you practice Islam as that would answer the queries.
I would look at rest of your dream and see you what I can infer:
- You are a soul in your dream.
- The battle taking place is regarding good and bad. You're fighting with your nafs.
- A man lying on floor denotes martyrdom. He fights in the way of Allah.
Now some explanatory Ahadith:
"A good dream is from Allah, so if anyone of you saw a dream which he liked, he should not tell it to anybody except to the one whom he loves, and if he saw a dream which he disliked, then he should seek refuge with Allah from its evil and from the evil of Satan, and spit three times (on his left) and should not tell it to anybody, for it will not harm him."
So its a good one.
Abu Hurayra (Allah be well-pleased with him) reported that the Prophet said: “Who do you reckon to be martyr (shaheed) among you?” They replied: “The one who is killed in the way of Allah.” He said: “In that case the martyrs among my people would be few!” They asked: “Messenger of Allah! Then who are the martyrs?” He said: “He who is killed in the way of Allah is a martyr; he who dies naturally in the Cause of Allah is a martyr; he who dies of plague is a martyr; he who dies of a stomach disease is a martyr; and he who is drowned is a martyr.” [Sahih Muslim].
When he was asked why plague is considered as martyrdom, he replied: “It used to be a form of punishment that Allah would send on people, but He made it a mercy for the believers. Any believer who perseveres through it will get the reward of a martyr.”
Perhaps you will be martyred in way of Allah. But then again there are many martyers according the classification above.
May I add our Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) has narrated that ink of a scholar is better than blood of a martyr.
"By the nafs and the proportion and order given to it, and its inspiration as to its wrong and its right; Truly he succeeds who purifies it, and he fails that corrupts it" (91:7-10).
Indeed fighting against nafs is one of greatest jihaad as well.
The house could mean protection by Allah as He states in the Quran:
For him (each person), there are angels in succession, before and behind him. They guard him by the Command of Allah. Verily! Allah will not change the (good) condition of a people as long as they do not change their state (of goodness) themselves (by committing sins and by being ungrateful and disobedient to Allah). But when Allah wills a people's punishment, there can be no turning back of it, and they will find besides Him no protector.[13:11]
