ASSALAMU ALAIKUM. Tmrw is my brother's 22nd birthday. I know it's not permissible to celebrate it. We never celebrate too. But here i'm asking can i wish him? That not to celebrate it but just advicing him, under islamic conditions. If yes, how can i wish him? If not, atleast can i say him that i remember his date of birth? I do not want to follow non-muslim's culture.

Personally birthday is just a reminder that death is one year closer.
