Salam

What you are referring to is Ruqayah (islamic healing) which is perfectly acceptable.

The jinn can be removed by yourself as well and its medicine is (in) the Holy Quran.

Some Surahs against Jinns include:

  1. Surah Baqrah-jinn do,not enter homes where this surah is recited. Ayat-ul-kursi (verse 255) protects you from jinns at night.

  2. Surah Nas and Surah Falaq-against black magic and evil jinns

In general I have seen reactions of jinns when Quran is recited, they feel a 'burning' sensation.

This Hadith I will explain to you: Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "When the call to prayer is done Shaytan retreats, farting so that he will not hear it. When the call is finished he comes back again until the iqama is done, when he retreats again. When the iqama is finished, he comes back again, insinuating himself between a man and his self and saying, 'Think of such-and-such, think of such-and-such,' which he was not thinking about before, until the man does not know how much he has prayed." [Agreed upon]

Aforementioned Hadith: as you can see the devil farts so that he can prevent himself from hearing Allahs message, words, book etc.

Your relationship is with Allah and alone His help is sufficient. You make your faith strong.

When your faith (Imaan) is strong there is a barrier erected between you and a jinn. Quran says:

(Iblees (Satan)) said: "O my Lord! Because you misled me, I shall indeed adorn the path of error for them (mankind) on the earth, and I shall mislead them all. "Except Your chosen, (guided) slaves among them" (Quran, al-Hijr: 39 – 40).

So Iblees and his devils are useless if you good in Iman.

Here is a comprehensive list which I got from 'IloveAllah' facebook:

Strong Imaan Vs Weak Imaan

Weak Imaan: Live, enjoy as if you’ll die Tomorrow

Strong Imaan: Worship Allaah as if you’ll die Tomorrow

Weak Imaan: Please yourself

Strong Imaan: Please Allaah

Weak Imaan: Follow what you believe and your desires.

Strong Imaan: Follow the Qur’aan and the Sunnah.

Weak Imaan: leave it to luck.

Strong Imaan: leave it to Allaah

Weak Imaan: Enjoy yourself, you are still young

Strong Imaan: Seek knowledge, you are still young

Weak Imaan: commit sin: don’t worry, no one will know

Strong Imaan: Stay away from sin. Allaah is the all seeing, hearing, knowing

Weak Imaan: I’ll start tomorrow InshaAllaah

Strong Imaan: Right now!

Weak Imaan: I am too young to die

Strong Imaan: death can take your soul any second

One side-suggestion would be to memorize some of your favourite Surahs in the Quran because the 'heart is empty without Quran in it'. Since Quran was revealed in heart and blood circulates with the aid of the heart. You must have concluded by now if Quranic verses are in the heart, it purifies the blood (since the devil circulates in the blood, thus with Quranic verses it will be repelled). Its my veiwpoint as Quran is memorized in the heart. You should try and listen to Quran as well so that instead of Satan's waswas you have your brain purified.

Quran is not only a book but a healer for mankind, if you but knew it. As Quran says: "Nay but it is the glorious Quran" (Surah Burooj)"

Or lest you (pagan Arabs) should say: "If only the book had been sent down to us, we would surely have been better guided than they (Jews and Christians)." So now has come unto you a clear proof (the Qur'an) from your Lord, and a guidance and a mercy. Who then does more wrong than one who rejects the Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah and turns away therefrom? We shall requite those who turn away from Our Ayat with an evil torment, because of their turning away (from them). [6:157]

Jazakallah Khair

Ruqya is the proper way, however if the moulana uses shirk related treatment than I don't know- it's forbidden right?

That would obviously involve black magic. The users of black magic make sujood to devils fyi thus its a shirk method.
