Asalam alikum, I have read on a question that had gave me a good question myself. I had wondered, if a man and a women who aren't muslim get married in their own past religion, or previous cultural way, and the convert to Islam, should they make another wedding with a sheikh present and witnesses from each side of the family? Also I understand completely that Allah has 100% power over these kinds of matters, but if a man and a women are in love, and they both die, Allah only knows where they go in the afterlife, but will that man be able to be with his one true love? His beloved wife? It seems sad if a man is in paradise but to know the that the soul of his beloved wife is not in the heavens with him... I'm very sorry if this seems like a dumb question, I'm not even married, I'm still a teenager, but I know I'm going to love my wife and wish to be with her for eternity.

Thanks, I've been pondering that thought ever since I was a kid, and I didn't feel comfort asking any of my family members.

Muhammad it will satisfy every muslim desire. Does Allah not know what you desire for?

The desire you have for this world is many times better in paradise. So you cant imagine it.

You know what is the biggest happiness in paradise? You will get to see Allah.

35Verily, We have created them (maidens) of special creation. 36And made them virgins. 37Loving (their husbands only), (and) of equal age.

Regardless of being single or not you will get spouse .

Why not, if I live with my wife for 80 years and I die with her, I'll have to marry some strangers in paradise??? I'd rather be with my wife that I've had spent my life with than be with some maiden virgin, paradise is not for only pleasuring manly needs, to be with ones you love is it not?
