Brother I will make dua for you that he will lead you to a good Muslimah who will help keep your faith in him strong, remember this life is a test and even though it can be really frustrating you don't want to let worldly desires get in the way or stray you away from him. He is with the patient just trust that he knows what's best for you. I assure you not all the sisters think this way he has a beautiful plan for you better than you can imagine :)

Unfortunately marriage is more materliastic now days where first category is wealth.

There is a hadith in which a man was married for portion of Quran he memorized as he was ver poor. But muslims have gone away from the sunnah.

Look at marriages: music dancin money etc.

Al-Tirmidhi (1114) narrated that ‘Umar ibn al-Khattaab (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: Do not go to extremes with regard to women's dowries. If that were something honourable in this world or a sign of piety before Allaah, then the Prophet of Allaah (blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) would have been the most entitled to it, but I never heard that the Messenger of Allaah (blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) offered as a dowry for any of his wives or accepted as a dowry for any of his daughters anything more than twelve uqiyah
