Asalamualykom sister, hope your well In Shaa Allah :)

The Qur'an is the very word of Allah SWT: A complete record of the exact words revealed by Allah Almighty through the Archangel Gabriel to Prophet Muhammad (may the peace and blessings of God be upon him).

Allah makes it clear in the Quran that it could not have been revealed by anyone other than Him. He Azza Wa Jall says:

And this Qur’an is not such as could ever be produced by other than Allah (Lord of the heavens and the earth), but it is a confirmation of (the revelation) which was before it [i.e. the Taurat (Torah), and the Injeel (Gospel)], and a full explanation of the book (i.e. laws, decreed for mankind) – wherein there is no doubt – from the Lord of the ‘Alamin (mankind, jinn, and all that exists). Quran (Surah Younus, Verse 37)

Hope this helped, Wasalamualykom

Qur'an is the word of Allah سبحانه و تعالى. Uncreated. Perfect.

It was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم (via Angel Jibra'il) who memorized it and then brought it back to his followers who also memorized it. It was also immediately written down as well, by trustworthy scribes from among the Companions (Sahabah رضي الله عنهم).
