Salaam. Please refer to the Quran. Even the story of Prophet Lut, he was not commanded to execute them but to advise them it is Allah AlRahman who gave them a chance and when they persisted Allah took care of them from spreading more corruption.

al-Tirmidhi (1456), Abu Dawood (4462)and Ibn Maajah (2561) narrated that Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever you find doing the action of the people of Loot, execute the one who does it and the one to whom it is done.”. Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.

There is no leniency in this matter student. You should take into account Allah's wrath here more than your leniency towards such people. Again look at hadith in my next comment:

The prophet (pbuh) said: "Lesbianism is Zina between women." Abu Hurairah reported Allah's Messenger (pbuh) said: "Four types of people awake under Allah's anger and go to bed under Allah's displeasure." Those who were listening asked: "Who are they, Messenger of Allah?" He replied: Men who imitate women, women who imitate men, those who have sex with animals, and men who have sex with men."

Regarding story of lut, who would execute the tribe full of homosexuals? Hazrat Lut (ra) was not the head of the tribe, and so can't issue executions.

yet on the apostate question a_girl posted a hadith say there are three things a muslims is executed for: adultry, murder and apostasy? is the word [only] not implied? why not enumerate all death penalty offenses there? blasphmey? sorcery? rape (commited by a non-virgin man)

you have very interesting fiqh wasway. you discount the 84th book of bukahri and 2 hadiths saying to kill apostates. but here you dig to abu dawood?

so is beastiality added to the list as well? what else?

922, if you consider it spreading corruption see 5:32-33.

can anyone tell me why a hadith quotes muhammad only listing 3 things you execute a muslims for: adultry, apostate and murder.

yet there are death penalties for additional things?

So that others are deterred from doing it

yes, i understand the reason behind having a death penalty. or imprisonment. my question is simply, is the list incomplete? and if so, why? the koran is quite clear on not eating pork. surely these issues are more important than dietary law. why not say point blank in the koran (the ultimate authority in islamic jurisprudence) all the crimes that warrant death?

Because its what Allah thinks best as a creator.
