Right from maturity up to death if someone make major and minor sins will ALLAH (SWT) erase all his sins after he make 'TUBA' (ask for forgiveness and comes to repent)?

Truly Allah is merciful as He says in His Book, [Say, "To whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and earth?" Say, "To Allah ." He has decreed upon Himself mercy]

(He has decreed upon Himself mercy) this is a promise from Allah to His all creatures that they will all obtain His Mercy and that is because firstly He chose them to exist and gave them the free will except some like the Angels and secondly He will always provide for them whether they obey Him or disobey Him, whether they believe in Him or disbelieve in Him and they will enjoy life however long He decrees.

And else where Allah says, (Most Gracious rose over the throne) [20-5] Allah Has chosen and associated His most soft name to rose over His throne where He decrees from all matter concerning His creation to indicate that He is the God of Mercy and He was not going to create His creation just to punish them no rather this is an attribute He Has and His mercy can never be understood fully or appreciated well and all His creation came to existent through His mercy and will, that is why Allah says Most Gracious rose over the throne.

Also Allah says, (You do not see in the creation of the Most Gracious an inconsistency) [67-3] thus all His creation came in to been through His mercy and those who believe in Him have got no choice but to live with it and to recognize this fact that Allah provides those who disbelieve in Him in this world that is why Allah says, (To whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and earth?) And the answer is (To Allah) Allah is telling us and saying, then know that no one can question about what He does and wills.

One must also know that everything that happens whether be good or bad whether be believe or disbelieve whether be justice and injustice whether be peace and wars what ever it may be, it only happens through His Will just like Allah tells us, (Indeed Allah ordains that which He wills) [5-51] also, (Allah does what He wills) [2-253] just as we mentioned earlier nothing happens without the will of Allah just like He says, (So glorified be He and exalted and in Whose Hand is the dominion of all things, and to Him you shall be returned) [36-83] because Allah Has control over everything that is in the heavens and earth and He is not to be questioned about what He wills, and says He has decided to, (He has decreed upon Himself mercy) this mercy is all so means those who disbelieve in Him the door will always be open for them and that is the door of returning to Allah and recognizing Him as their Lord and submit to Him with repentant and worship Him as He deserves and this is the main reason why He has sent down His book and this is the biggest blessing and mercy from Allah that He forgives who ever turns back to Him in repentant because Allah is The Forgiver.

But know that the disbelievers have no share in the next world to come if they die upon disbelieving Allah than Allah will punish them because they abused the free will that Allah Has giving to them which that He decreed for all of them and every single one of His creatures come under this will whom He Has giving the free will to do as they wish whether they obey Him or not, so as for those who disobey Him in this world they will be punished in the next world to come as Allah is The Punisher and His punishment is severe and Allah tells us and says (And the ones who disbelieve in the signs of Allah and the meeting with Him - those have despaired of My mercy, and they will have a painful punishment) [29-23]

So in conclusion who ever dies without repenting from a major sin or upon disbelieve than he or she is under fire specially who dies upon disbelieve or upon shirk, so the condition in which Allah forgives all sins even shirk or disbelieve is that one must repent before one dies otherwise there is no forgiveness who ever dies with out repenting.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "There are three (types of) people whom Allah will neither speak to on the Day of Resurrection nor will He purify them (i.e., from their sins), nor will look upon them; and they will have a painful chastisement. These are: An old man who commits fornication; a king who is a great liar and a poor man who is proud.''  [Muslim]

Commentary: From here it can be concluded that if it is easy for someone to avoid a sin and he does not remain away from it, then he is a greater sinner than a person for whom it is comparatively difficult to avoid that sin.

all but one, "Shirk." associating somebody else with Allah and allowing someone to come between you and Allah (eg. Jesus (AS)/idols) are all acts of shirk and will not be forgiven.

Many said yes because allah is merciful. But there's one sin that he will never forgive the shirik (shirk). (allahu alam...)

Yes, and even more.

If you sincerely repent for your sins and asked Allah for forgiveness, Allah will forgive you + all your past sins will be turned into alms! But, if you hurt someone else, you have to ask for forgiveness from those you hurt.

May Allah forgive us all,

"Allâh forgives not that partners should be set up with Him (in worship), but He forgives except that (anything else) to whom He wills; and whoever sets up partners with Allâh in worship, he has indeed invented a tremendous sin."
