Zina is a serious issue; an issue so serious that it needs to be broken into two distinct segments: The crime of zina and the sin of zina. I will deal with each of those aspects separately.

The Crime of Zina

Although the Qur'an itself is a book of guidance in all things, and goes into details of what is right and wrong in all aspects of life, there are very few sins which are considered so severe that they are not only discouraged or prohibited, but outright punished. Murder is one. Theft is another. And yes, so is Zina:

24:2 The [unmarried] woman or [unmarried] man found guilty of sexual intercourse - lash each one of them with a hundred lashes, and do not be taken by pity for them in the religion of Allah , if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. And let a group of the believers witness their punishment.

However, it is important to note that for the fornicator, seeking this punishment is not the same as seeking repentance. It may be that Allah has hidden his actions and protected him from this, wherein avoiding the punishment in this world does not mean he cannot be forgiven.

Which brings us neatly to the second aspect of zina.

The Sin of Zina

Regardless of whether you are caught and punished, you still need to repent for your sin. Unlike the punishment of the crime of zina, repentance and forgiveness of the sin of zina is entirely between you and Allah:

3:135 And those who, when they commit an immorality or wrong themselves [by transgression], remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins - and who can forgive sins except Allah ? - and [who] do not persist in what they have done while they know.
3:136 Those - their reward is forgiveness from their Lord and gardens beneath which rivers flow [in Paradise], wherein they will abide eternally; and excellent is the reward of the [righteous] workers.

The Qur'an and hadith literature have no shortage of information as to how forgiving Allah can be — He is Al-Ghafur after all — and the above verses lay it out quite clearly; you need to sincerely seek forgiveness from Allah, and then stop committing zina.

Repenting means that you should first repent with your HEART- the intention is inportant in everything we do and the intention you can have it only from your heart so first make sure youre really convinced that you are repenting because you know you are wrong and what u did is against the perfect rules of God Almighty and you ask forgiveness from the ONLY ONE WHO CAN FORGIVE YOU , stop what you are doing imediatelly and make sure youll never do it again. If u stop and youre heart is pure ,really want to be forgiven then have hope in God, God is more Merciful than HE is Angry Insha Allah you will achieve Forgiveness . Dont forget about prayer, zakat, hajj alhamdulilah Allah gave us alot of ways to please him. Asalamu wa alaikum
