What I mean to say is that (I'm not actually sure if those other than moderators can do this) those questions which are discovered to be in a different language, can they be tagged as arabic/urdu/persian/swahili or whatever so that the users who know the language can translate the Q in a comment so that we can answer the question more fully? Thanks :)

I would recommend using a general [translation-needed] tag (or something along those lines, not sure what the tag length limit is off-hand) for all languages; I don't think we have enough questions in any one language to warrant them each having their own tags. Once the post has been translated, then that tag can be removed.

Any user with a karma of 10 or more can retag questions.
