Do NOT seek help from the jinn. Ever. This may lead to shirk and you dying as a mushrik. May Allah protect you.

Salaam @faridar, Please realise and believe with your absolute being (your mind, your body, your soul) that there is NOTHING that can harm you or touch you except by Allah's permission /consent.

To achieve this you must turn to Him and seek His help. You must strengthen your relationship with Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala. Realise that NO ONE, NO THING, NO EVIL, can touch you if you have Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala as your Helper.

For this, you have to have strong deen. You CAN have strong deen if you WILL. It is your CHOICE. His help is unsurpassed and where He interceeded, there will be no other intercessor. Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala REIGNS over ALL. No other sovereignty exists. His protection cannot be challenged.

You must believe in this.

Once you have it in your mind that this is the TRUTH and you accept it and believe in it, then you can DO THINGS to help yourself.

First do all the FUNDAMENTAL things that we are instructed to do by Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala. Pray regular namaz, fast, pay charity and zakat, recite Quran, obey Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala's instructions and the messenger's hadiths and follow his Sunnah. Be mindful who you choose for friends and surround yourself with those who believe, those who have respect for Allah and His word.

You are advised to do the permissible Ruqya which is what is derived from the Qur’aan, Hadith and the names of Allah Ta’ala. For example, the recitation of Surah Ikhlas, Falaq, Naas, Ayatul Kursi etc. Do this for yourself, your rewards will be greater.

In addition, I want to draw your attention to the Fortress of the Muslim.

Cut and paste: http://www.teachislam.com/dmdocuments/82/SELECTED%20SUPPLICATIONS.pdf and go to supplications (22),(23) and (24) (these are supplication numbers, not pages). Recite each three times a day, morning and night. I usually do all such supplications in the morning as soon as I have finished my Fajr prayers and at night after Maghrib prayers. There are other supplications for protection on pages 35-38. Choose which feel the most right for you.

In addition, I recite the following supplication which came from a Fortress of a Muslim of a different edition and am not able to trace it. It goes like this and I think the wording is particularly powerful:

I seek protection for myself, my..(list names of others you seek protection for)in the PERFECT words of Allah which no rigteous or unrighteous person can transgress from ALL the evil that He has created made and originated.

I seek refuge from the evil that descends from the sky and the evil that rises up to it.

I seek refuge from the evil that is spread on the earth and the evil that springs from it.

I seek refuge from the evil of the tribulations of the night and day and the evil from the one who visits at night, except the one who brings good, the Merciful One, Ameen.

(This you may say once in the morning and night)If anyone can trace this supplication, please let me know the details.

In addition I want to bring your attention to the question being discussed at the moment: Is ruqya shirk? It will help you understand how powerful the concept of self-help is and that one must have complete trust in Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, have strong Tawheed and that you can help yourself. It is an interesting topic and I have learnt from it myself (and still learning!).

May you find complete relief from your affliction and may Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala help you upon your calling to Him. Ameen
