Sunnah Prayers before/after 5 times prayers

2	please explain me, because I have a lot confusion on this... please list out with number of rakkaths..

1	Salam, it is 2 rakats before al fajr, 4 rakats before al dhuhr and 2 rakats after al dhuhr, 2 rakats after al maghrib and 2 rakats after al isha.
